Our work can be intense, fast paced, our running does not need to be.
Exercise can significantly help reduce the likelihood of physical and mental illness which can be exacerbated by a stressful workload.
We aim to meet once a month for a social paced 5k run (or walk) in Restructuring & Insolvency hubs around the world to get some endorphins flowing, followed by some networking over a cool down coffee, shake or pastry.
